From September 24th to 25th, 2025, the " Clinical Insights Session Shared by Doctor Xie" hosted by Headway ZhiXing Academy was successfully held in Changsha, Hunan province. This course focused on the main theme of "breaking through clinical pain points and technological refinement". Dr. Xie provided case analysis and hands-on guidance, bringing a collision of wisdom facing clinical challenges to the participants.

Dr. Xie, as a chief physician and the head of the Orthodontic Department at Zhangqiu District Oral Hospital, Jinan City, holds multiple identities including a member of the World Orthodontic Alliance and a special committee member of Shandong Orthodontics. He always focuses on the clinical front line and is good at transforming complex theories into practical plans that can be implemented. This session was a concentrated presentation of his many years of practical experience.

The course focused on clinical practice, systematically covering key technical difficulties in orthodontics. Dr. Xie analyzed in-depth the underlying reasons for failed cases and precise remedial plans through a large number of real cases, including core issues such as anchor control, vertical management, and joint disorder prevention.

In the session on space closure techniques for extraction spaces, he not only shared the core logic of force optimization but also demonstrated through practical operations, allowing students to master the key skills of precise force application.

For skeletal Class II and III malocclusions, Dr. Xie systematically explained the entire process from diagnosis and design to compensatory treatment, especially the clinical application of characteristic techniques such as the POP plane counter-rotation technique and the "three axes" of Class III correction.

The teaching method emphasizes immediate application of learning, using a model of "case deduction + practical operation". In practical sessions such as rapid correction of Class III malocclusion, and combined moment adjustment of small circles and key gaps, Dr. Xie patiently guided students to adjust technical practices, helping them efficiently establish clinical thinking.

Assistant teacher He Jingpei also demonstrated operations, helping students complete core procedures. Many students expressed: "Dr. Xie transformed complex mechanisms into executable steps, directly addressing clinical operation blind spots!"

At the end of the course, Headway’s Academy specially awarded Dr. Xie and his assistant teacher with a "Certificate of Appreciation", appreciating for their outstanding contribution to orthodontic education.

At the same time, Headway also issued a "Certificate of Completion" jointly certified by Headway Ortho and Dr. Xie to all students, witnessing the successful harvest of this academic journey.

In the future, Headway will continue to work hand in hand with Dr. Xie, with courses that are closer to clinical needs, to help orthodontic technology benefit more patients with professional and safe treatment plans.
