On October 27, a delegation from a Belarusian company made a special trip across mountains and seas to visit Headway’s Jiangxi factory for an in-depth inspection and exchange. Chairman Mr. Zhan Guihua, together with senior management, warmly welcomed the guests with sincerity and professionalism. During the meeting, both sides reviewed their long-standing and deep cooperation, expressing mutual appreciation for trust and support over the years. A partnership award ceremony was held to symbolize the collaboration reaching a new milestone. The Belarusian delegation then toured the Jiangxi facility, gaining a direct and profound understanding of Headway’s advanced production equipment, rigorous quality control system, and strong R&D capabilities—further affirming the company’s solid foundation and industry strength.

Among them, the 7D self-ligating brackets and Youth Edition self-ligating brackets, featuring smooth contours, along with precision-engineered mini screws, exemplified Headway’s keen insight into clinical needs.

During the factory tour, the guests witnessed Headway’s advanced “intelligent manufacturing” capabilities firsthand. The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including imported 5- and 6-axis Swiss-type lathes for high-precision mini screw production, nickel-free laser welding equipment ensuring welding quality and biocompatibility, fully automated MIM production lines for consistency, and precision inspection instruments for strict quality control. The visitors engaged actively with technicians, discussing production processes and quality management in a lively and constructive exchange.
